Morayfield is located 40 kilometres North of Brisbane's CBD and forms part of the Moreton Bay Regional Council, which is one of Australia's fastest growing Local Government Areas and was ranked as Queensland's strongest LGA economy. The region's future is bright as it is set to benefit from over $5 billion of investment in infrastructure and education over the next five years.
Toowoomba is Australia's third largest in-land city and is located 130 kilometres west of Brisbane. It was voted Australia's third-most "Family Friendly" city in December 2015 and is one of the State's strongest economies with over $6 billion in infrastructure projects approved or underway. Glenvale is well positioned to capitalise on this growth, with Government projections showing the suburb can expect to nearly triple its population by 2031.
Sippy Downs, Sunshine Coast
Sippy Downs, a suburb of the Sunshine Coast, is located approximately 100km, or 1 hour, from Brisbane. Positioned between the Glasshouse Mountains in the south, and Inskip Peninsula in the north, residents are spoiled by both sandy beaches and the stunning hinterland. Expectations are that the region will be one of Queensland's most active economies, with over $16 billion of investment in health, infrastructure and employment creation projects approved or underway.
Nambour, Sunshine Coast
Nambour is a sub-tropical hinterland in the Sunshine Coast region. It is 15 kilometres from the major Sunshine Coast education and employment hub of Sippy Downs. The region is renowned for its high quality health care and is also the government administrative centre of the entire Sunshine Coast region. Its proximity to the coast ensures it will benefit from the $16 billion of infrastructure and employment projects to occur over the next five years.
Yarrabilba is a 2,012 hectare master planned suburb within the burgeoning Logan Local Government Area and is being developed by Lendlease, one of Australia's leading residential developers. It's declaration as a Priority Development Area by the Queensland Government ensures ongoing support for the community which will house over 45,000 people by 2041.
Chermside, North Brisbane.
Chermside is an inner metropolitan suburb in the north of the City of Brisbane LGA. Gympie Road as well as other major arterial roads connects the area to the CBD (18 minute drive) and the Brisbane Airport (13 minute drive). Chermside’s bus station services all of North Brisbane and provides connections to the city. The postcode of 4032 encompasses Chermside and West Chermside. The area falls within the State Electorate of Stafford and Federal Division of Lilley.

The City of Rockingham LGA is about 50km south of the Perth CBD. It’s a seaside municipality, with many suburbs fronting the Indian Ocean.
Toowoomba is 130km west of Brisbane on the Great Dividing Range and is the biggest inland city in Queensland. It sits at the junction of the Warrego, New England and Gore Highways. Toowoomba is considered the gateway to the Darling Downs agriculture region and the Surat Basin mining precinct.
