The prominent investment locations we advised our clients of in 2013-2014 were the Sunshine Coast region, Petrie and Toowoomba, to name a few. Toowoomba recorded price growth in 2013 that out-performed every capital city Australia, with the exception of Sydney. Both Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast have been named ‘Rising Markets’ by Databank, while Petrie also shows successful investment results.
